Design Sonore - Sound Design

Just wanted to let you know, I just found out about the robot film festival - and watched Robots of Brixton. I feel like your team produced a kickass film, that hit all the right points for me as a technophilic viewer. Even the amazing choice of Dub soundtrack, it felt like I was watching what movie my friends and I might make if we were roboticists. Once again, yes. I will be looking at your other work, all the very best.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. In this project, I was just in charge of the audio part. The original idea, synopsis, animation, character and building (re)design is Kibwe’s work; I’ll forward him message.

All the best, and more to come soon!

M.B.

Robots of Brixton screening June 25th in London

The Robots of Brixton project, a short film directed by Kibwe Tavares, and on which I’ve had the chance to work for the last 6 months (sound design and composition), will be shown tonight @  Factory Fifteen studio launch party in Brixton.

Here’s a short report on BBC News.
